We are currently looking for a Kiosk Manager to join our Virgin team in  Joliette.

As a Kiosk Manager, your role will be:

  • Manage all branch operations.
  • Contribute to maximizing revenue by ensuring the achievement of targeted sales objectives.
  • Monitor sales daily by communicating the results and discrepancies observed, if applicable, to the people concerned.
  • Analyze the specific needs of the customers served by the branch, take initiatives to respond to them and seize business opportunities.
  • Ensure personnel management (recruitment, training/development, evaluation, etc.).
  • Ensure that all team members maximize the customer's in-store purchasing experience.
  • Follow procedures related to personalized sales of all Bell products and services.
  • Provide high quality customer service.
  • Manage inventory and expenses.
  • Ensure aesthetics and application of in-store merchandising standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards.

Your profile:

  • You have relevant experience as a team leader/store manager in the retail.
  • You have relevant experience in personnel and/or work team management.
  • You have a great interest in technology/telecommunications and have knowledge relating to this industry.
  • Your availability is flexible (day/evening/weekend).
  • You are results oriented, you have interpersonal and communication skills, you have a developed sense of customer service, you demonstrate leadership/influence, you have resolution skills problem-solving, you are organized, you are creative and you work well under pressure.
