We are currently looking for a Corporate Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

YOUR ROLE
As a Corporate Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide both support and customer service within the corporate sales department. Your responsibilities will include:

Receive and manage customer requests (calls, emails, in person).

Validate customer order forms and ensure compliance with sales conditions.

Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines – confirm to customers the approval of the order form and the delivery date.

Ensure the preparation and assembly of orders (eg. Activation of devices).

Ensure the preparation of sales contracts and proceed with the payment.

Organize reminders and follow-ups in a structure manner (eg. Confirmation of supplier/customer order, delivery, etc.) and resolve certain customer problems if necessary.

Complete and update the customer database – Including, among others, customer information (potential/current), submissions, orders.

Maintain files containing sales data.

Contribute to the analysis of trends/opportunities and make recommendations.

Participate to business development events (eg. Deployment).

All other tasks to support the Corporate Sales department.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Relevant experience in sales support/coordination, customer service, call center, database management, or other related experience

Experience in the telecommunications industry is an asset
-
College-level education in administration or business management is an asset
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and comfort with technology

Fluency English, both written and spoken, as you will interact with clients in Quebec and Ontario
