We are currently looking for a Manager in training to join our team at Bell Midland.

As an in-store Manager in training, your role will be :

  • Provide first-class and personalized customer service, from store entry to after-sales service.
  • Research, identify customer needs and offer the full range of Bell products and services such as mobility, residential services, small business services and more!
  • Use different sales approaches and initiatives to optimize the sale of Bell products and services and seize each business opportunity, while aiming to reach and exceed your objectives!
  • Make sure you have the knowledge of the products and services offered by actively participating in, among others, the various training sessions.
  • Attend to various management training sessions and exercices.
  • Complete specific management tasks under the supervision of the manager to reinforce concepts learned in training.
  • Serve as a reference point for the team regarding expertise on products, services, or procedures.
  • Actively participate in trial assignments to develop skills and become a potential store manager.
