๐ Your Mission
As an Apple Support Technician at Altair, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible experience by performing diagnostics and repairs (hardware and software) on Apple products.
๐ฏ What Youโll Do

Diagnose and repair Apple devices (Mac, iPhone, iPad) โ both hardware and software issues

Provide first-line technical support to customers in person, by phone, and via email

Manage the entire repair process, including prioritization, documentation, parts ordering, and use of Apple systems (GSX, Zendesk, etc.)

Handle warranty claims and refurbishments

Collaborate with the sales team to recommend additional products or services to meet customer needs

Offer basic training to customers and explain technical issues clearly

Occasionally assist with onsite or home service calls (Apple or mixed environments)

Maintain a clean and organized workspace and assist with inventory management
๐ง What Youโll Need to Succeed

Post-secondary education in computer technology, IT support, or related field, or equivalent experience

Strong knowledge of Apple environments (macOS, iOS); Windows knowledge is an asset

Minimum of 2 yearsโ experience in technical support for Apple products
-
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and other collaborative tools
-
Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
-
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and under pressure

Full-time position, Monday to Friday (37 hours per week).
